JuriQuants is an invite‑only network for licensed lawyers and legal engineers. By applying for membership, you represent that you are a licensed legal professional in your jurisdiction and that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.
3. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to JuriQuants, including profile information, projects, writings, and media. By submitting content, you grant JuriQuants a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform.

5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use JuriQuants for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm others, to impersonate any person or entity, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform.
6. Intellectual Property
The JuriQuants name, logo, branding, and platform design are the exclusive property of JuriQuants. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any part of the platform without our prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
JuriQuants is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the platform will be error‑free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JuriQuants shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Termination
JuriQuants reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to the platform community.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which JuriQuants operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
